We started with Chicken rice, Singapore's national dish, because of its simplicity. The recipe and techniques came to Singapore by immigrants from Hainan in southern China, evolving over time to become the exquisite dish it is today. We have expanded the menu and are adding more traditional dishes each week from Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia
